The Vigneview
The Uncommon Wine of England‘s Bubbly Rosé wine may make change your perception of wine in a can. I ordered the taster pack and it arrived in a delightful box wrapped in a whimsical British design of birds, balloons, butterflies and botanicals.
The Uncommon Wine of England’s Taster Pack
A definite delight for the senses! If the packaging is this good, then hopefully the wine will not disappoint.

I have to admit that I actually poured some of wine from the can into a glass…GASP!!! Does that make me a wine snob? I hope not, but honestly, I really wanted to see the colour of this pink lady!
This wine is make from 100% Pinot Noir Grapes grown in Kent and Hampshire. Once poured, a beautiful pale salmon colour filled my glass. On the nose, subtle aromas of freshly picked strawberries grabbed my attention. On the palate, I enjoyed ripe red cherries and a hint of cranberry. The bubbly effervescence lasted just long enough to prolong the flavours and acidity on the finish.
Honestly, I would buy this again! It’s not every day I come across a wine in a can that’s blog worthy. I think this stylish little number would be great to take along for a picnic, trip to the park, or summer garden party with friends. It’s well dressed, not too loud and subtly sophisticated…the perfect party guest!
Food Pairing
