Prepping the Ingredients

  • Begin by setting the oven to 200°C.
  • Gather all your ingredients and measure them out in a large bowl. I use a stainless steel bowl, as the sweet chilli sauce might stain a plastic mixing bowl.

  • Once the ingredients are mixed together, add the drumsticks and coat them in the sweet chilli and spices.

  • Place the drumsticks evenly in a large baking dish. If you have any sauce leftover in the bowl, pour it over the top of the drumsticks.
  • Bake in the oven for a total of 40 minutes, turning the drumsticks halfway through.

  • Serve warm with a side dish of roasted vegetable couscous. Pour any of the remaining cooking juices over the drumsticks.

  • 1/4 tsp course sea salt
