So pair these sticky sweet chilli chicken drumsticks with a chilled glass of English rosé wine, and you will find that you’ve just added a bit of class to the mix!
Prepping the Ingredients
- Begin by setting the oven to 200°C.
- Gather all your ingredients and measure them out in a large bowl. I use a stainless steel bowl, as the sweet chilli sauce might stain a plastic mixing bowl.

- Once the ingredients are mixed together, add the drumsticks and coat them in the sweet chilli and spices.

- Place the drumsticks evenly in a large baking dish. If you have any sauce leftover in the bowl, pour it over the top of the drumsticks.

- Bake in the oven for a total of 40 minutes, turning the drumsticks halfway through.

Serving
- Serve warm with a side dish of roasted vegetable couscous. Pour any of the remaining cooking juices over the drumsticks.
Wine Pairing
- Serve with a glass of off-dry English rosé wine.
